キムチの季節です
今年は白菜が安いので
手作りのキムチを作る方が多いようです
私が初めてキムチに挑戦したのは
10年も前のことです（年がバレる (^.^; ）
とても塩辛くできあがりました・・・
何度も失敗をしたおかげで
失敗しない方法を発見！！しました
おかげで、
それからは失敗しないようになりました
でも、最近はキムチの素でつくちゃう手抜き主婦ですヽ(^O^;)ノ
韓国でのキムジャンは1度にこんなにたくさん作るんですよ♪
